At-the-Market (ATM) Offerings for Canadian Issuers

2020 is shaping up to the be the biggest year ever for at-the-market (ATM) financing programs, and Canada-US cross-listed companies are getting their share of the financing.  In the last three months alone, at least 14 Canadian issuers that are listed on a NYSE or Nasdaq exchange have filed with the SEC for at-the-market (ATM) financing programs across a spectrum of industries, including mining, life sciences, technology, royalty and commodity trust issuers.
